Cousins

My sassy cousin Kelsey came up from Florida last week to play with me. She's about eight months older than me, so I love watching her show me new tricks. We were on almost opposite nap schedules, so we didn't get to play together as much as we would have liked. Hopefully the next time we see each other, I'll be taking one nap a day like her.

I love playing with all my cousins on my mommy's side of the family. We are all busy bodies, so it's hard to get a good picture of all of us together! Mommy and Christina tried....

....but it wasn't happening. I heart my family.

Did I mention that we are busy?

Biscuits anyone?

One perk to teething would be the yummy, delicious little pieces of heaven that I like to call teething biscuits. Mom only gives them to me in emergency situations because they are such a mess. I like to chew on one end a little bit, then the other end, then smear it all over my face. The color of the biscuit and my skin are similar, so you may not be able to tell just how messy I am in these pictures.... it's in my hair, all over my face, my hands/arms, and clothes! These pictures are from the first time I was given a biscuit, mom has wised up by giving me a bib now! Can you say, "happy bathtub time?"

Family Vacation

Can you guess where we vacationed?
Here's a hint:

The beautiful old houses and uniqueness of Charleston combined with the quiet beaches of Edisto Island were perfect for our first family vacation.I was a complete angel, most of the time. I did have a few hard nights sleeping in my pack and play, but that was probably due to me teething and getting over my first stomach bug. I'm always happy with my Colin and Poppey though.
The hour long carriage ride was a little much. It was almost tragic when I accidentally tossed my monkey overboard. Luckily a nice man chased us a block to return it to me. He must have kids. I decided to hold monkey really close the rest of the ride.
Daddy loved the tour, and Colin was BIG the whole day.
I love these boys!
I missed some of the sight seeing through Charleston due to my afternoon nap.
I was cuddled up with my favorite lovies resting so I would be a big girl for my Poppey's 60th birthday dinner.
BUT, the BEST part of my vacation was by FAR the BEACH!
Colin showed me the sand, and that it was ok to get it ALL OVER.
Mommy took about a hundred pictures of me squinting in the sun....
I was very serious about the sand. I managed to eat a little bit of it as well as put a shell in my mouth. Neither phased me, but mommy about had a cow.

It was hard getting a little space to myself on the beach. Mommy and Daddy hovered....
My mommy didn't get any good action shots (one of the many reasons she hates her camera and will be getting a new one for Christmas...) of me crawling about chasing my shadow, or getting salt water splashed on my face. She did manage to get some good video though.
One of my favorite parts of the beach was the clean up. What's not to love? I was naked, my fav., and mommy let me play with the water while she tried her best to get all the sand off of me.
Of course some of the water did splash me in the face.... but after a day of waves and sand, I took it all in stride.

I'm behind the Tigers!

Miss. Kerri gave me the cutest Ringgold Tiger outfits! I can wear them to all kinds of Ringgold events! I especially can't wait until basketball season, when I will wear them with long sleeves to my daddy's games.
I loved hanging out with Miss. Kerri and Karoline at the football game. Karoline thought I looked super cute. I think she is super cute too!

My daddy always loves how I look, but he thought I was extra cute in these outfits.
In case there is any doubt about what team I am pulling for, read my panties!

I'm a BIG girl now!

I am no longer the baby of the family! My new baby cousin Braxton arrived Friday, September 18th. He is very special to my mommy and I. Braxton's mommy and my mommy were best friends before mommy married Anita's cousin, my daddy! Here's a pic. of Aunt Anita before going back for her unplanned c-section.

Braxton's daddy and grandmas were very excited!
Do you remember Stacia? She was my nurse too! Nurses don't get any better than her!
My daddy couldn't wait to get his hands on Braxton! I stayed beside him so he would remember that I'm his number 1 girl!
Mommy was talking about how cute Braxton was, and how she missed holding such a small baby. I hope she's not thinking of getting a "new model" any time soon.
It's hard to believe that I was so small only 8 1/2 months ago....
and now I'm such a BIG girl!

8 months and oh so cute

August 26th was my 8 month birthday. I celebrated by spending the day with my Marms, Pops, and Jojo (Mommy and Daddy had to work that day :( ). So far, being an eight month old rules. I can do lots of new things, and I only have to take two naps a day now. I'm not crawling full speed yet, but will take a few crawls before deciding that I would rather sit back up. Here are a few of my "stats"
* I go to bed at 7:30 and wake up from 6:45-7:00. Mommy liked it when I went to bed at 8:00 better, but she likes to see me before she goes to work.
* I am eating stage 2 foods twice a day, for breakfast and dinner. I eat every bite, and usually want more.
* I weigh 21 pounds
* I can stand up while holding on to something by myself.
*My favorite toy is my Monkey right now, I love to chew his tail and drag him around with me all day. I also love playing with Kitchen utensils.
* I can say "dada" "hi" "Mama" and "dog" but not on demand.
*I wave bye bye and clap while saying "yeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh" on demand.
* I play peek-a-boo
*I crack up laughing every time the ABC song comes on my Baby Einstein table.
* My favorite books are "Baby Faces," "Snuggle Puppy," "Where's Spot?" and "Butterfly Kisses." My mommy couldn't figure out how to underline the books, so she incorrectly put them in quotes.... haha.

I am into everything.... Here I am playing with bags, and torn paper from Colin's birthday.
Story time with My Marmee is my favorite!
I am a big girl drinking out of my sippy cup. Water is yummy!
My little cousin Joli and I are getting to play together lots while our mommies work. I am teaching her all kinds of new things.
I am still biting my lips.... I have all four of my bottom teeth, but mommy thinks I am working on my first top tooth!
Look at me! I'm standing up all by myself!

Grass

One of my favorite pass times has become playing in the front yard. I love to breathe in the fresh air, see cars driving by, and pick grass. My pincer grasp has developed nicely, so those slippery little blades of grass are easy to pull out of the ground.
Once I choose a few special blades, I examine them carefully.
I like to show mommy what I found, she's always so proud of me.
After a hard ten or fifteen minutes of grass picking, I lay back and kick up my feet.
It truly is a hard life :)

The Miller Family comes to Georgia!

The last time I saw Aunt Kim and Alyssa I was only four weeks old. I went from being a tiny snugly baby to a big six month old! Nathan did not come last time, so I finally met him for the first time! I love my cousins Nathan and Alyssa a lot! I only wish they lived in Georgia and not California.... We were so excited that their mommy left them to hang out in Georgia for two weeks!! Mommy didn't get picture of a lot of the exciting things that they did (Braves game, Movie in the park, Lookouts game, etc...), but trust me a good time was had by all!

I was so excited to go to Grandmas house to visit with everyone! Aunt Kim looked beautiful, as always.
Alyssa wanted to hold me all the time. Mommy thought it was cute that she would hold me for twenty seconds and then give me right back :).

When Aunt Kim comes to town, we always go to Cancun. It was her favorite when she lived here. Mommy and Daddy want to take her to Amigos the next time she is in town- she has no idea what she is missing out on! Libby, Addi, Alyssa, and I had fun playing together in the empty bench beside our table.
During the kids two week stay, they swam A LOT! Nathan is so good with all of the kids. We should have paid him for playing with them all so well. Addi had fun riding on his shoulders in the pool.

She took a time out to give Keeley a little sugar! How sweet!

The moms took a girls night out before Aunt Kim had to leave. They didn't tell me exactly what they did that night, but they all kept talking about how much fun they had.
We celebrated Christmas in July with the kids since they are always in California during Christmas time. Aunt Peggy put her tree up ,and lots of other decorations too! I liked hearing everyone sing Christmas songs, and I liked the lights on the tree.
Here's Alyssa holding me some more..... :) I sure do hope Alyssa, Nate, and my Aunt Kim come back to snuggle me soon.

My first Fourth of July

I had a great first Fourth! We had a busy day running to Dayton to visit with my mommy's side of the family, and then to Chickamauga to visit with my daddy's side of the family. Before we could leave the house, mommy insisted on getting a picture of Colin and me (yet she forgot to put my cute hair bow in :( ).

We arrived in Dayton to find my Marmee waiting to squeeze me! She held me a lot, and showed me off to lots of people.
My favorite person to visit was my Big Granny. Isn't she cute?
I was also a big fan of these patriotic things hanging from the trees....shiny!!!
here's another picture of Colin and me... if you haven't read my shirt yet, it says "Little Miss. USA."
I was the best rider, sleeping most of the time.
I was happy to see Stacia, Jamie, Mia, and Libby (not pictured :( ) at Aunt Peggy's house....
...and of course my Nita Bug too.
The Big girls got in the swimming pool while the big boys played ball.
I stayed up a little past my bedtime, but it was worth it. I probably should have just stayed at Aunt Peggy and Uncle Randy's house. Know why??? I heard fireworks until at least midnight from my crib. How was I supposedto sleep with all the racket? Well, I didn't. Daddy says next year we might as well stay up and watch. Happy birthday America.

Some "Firsts"

It's been a while since I've blogged. Probably because mommy has been out of school, so we have been playing lots. I have grown a lot over the last few weeks. Here are a few of my "firsts."
Here I am wearing my sunglasses for the first time. I love them! Mommy was so surprised that I didn't once try to take them off. Duh mom, I love to look cool.
This is me sitting up like a big girl! I learned to sit by myself right after my 5 month mark. Sometimes I get a little off balance and do a face plant, but for the most part I've got it down.
I can even sit and play at the same time, talk about coordination!
A painful first has been my teeth coming in. I received my first tooth on Sunday, June 14th. Mommy was putting me in my car seat after church, she looked in my mouth and there it was. It is too painful for me to recall exactly when it happened, but mommy thinks probably when I was in the nursery. Two days later the tooth beside it came in. This is a strange looking pic. of me, but mommy really wanted you to see my teeth (don't tell her, but you can't really see them all that well).
Since my teeth have come in, it has been difficult for my mommy and daddy to get a picture of me without my fingers in my mouth.
(this is just an extra picture of me and my cuteness for you to enjoy!)

Here I am on Father's day at Cracker Barrel eating breakfast in a highchair for the first time in a restaurant! Mommy or daddy usually hold me when we are out, but I showed them that I can sit and play nicely while they eat. I did turn the butter dish over and on the floor, and I tried to swipe a little gravy from my daddy, but all in all I was good.
I can't wait for my next "first." Who knows.... maybe I'll be mobile soon!

Bathing Beauty and Baseball Babe

Yeah for warm weather! I am so excited for the summer and all the fun it entails. I had my first swimming experience at Uncle Jake's on Memorial Day. Here I am attempting my best future full figured swim suit model pose.

Mommy tried to dip my feet in the chilly water, but I was not having it. After all, I didn't see her jumping in.

Chilling out with my baby cousin Joli on the patio is more my speed.

Mom decided to get a baby pool for me, hoping that the warmer water would better suit me (after all, I splash and have a blast in my bath every night.). Daddy dipped me in and....

I loved it! I splashed around for a good twenty minutes with my crazy brother Colin. The battery in mommy's camera was losing juice, so we didn't get the best pictures.... we did manage to get some good footage of Colin and I on the video camera though.

Another great thing about the weather has been Colin's baseball games! I am his biggest cheerleader. Here is am making my stink face because the other team scored.

Fear not- Colin played excellent defense at 3rd base. He made some great stops and tagged some of the boys from the Braves out.

He also smacked the ball each time he was at bat. I am really proud of how he did for his first year of baseball. He only struck out two times all season (he was MAJORLY bummed each time he struck out), and loved playing. We can't wait to spend the summer playing ball and swimming together.

My Cousin Kelsey

I couldn't wait to meet my cousin Kelsey! She was actually in Chattanooga when I was born (her mommy was even in the delivery room when I came into the world!), but we did not meet. The minute that I laid eyes upon her, I new we would be the best of friends.

Kelsey loved to touch me...
and play with me on my car......
and even in my car seat!
In fact, she loved me so much that she asked her mommy if she could take a picture of me with her camera phone.
I loved her too! She was full of laughter and fun! I can't wait to be a little bigger so I can get into things with her. Come back to Chattanooga soon sweet girl!

Sweet potatoes

Here are a few pictures of me eating solid food for the first time! I only took a handful of "real" bites, but I think I could get use to this addition to my diet.

I was starting to catch on to what my mommy was trying to do, and wanted to check out this so called food a little closer.

At this point, I'd had enough.....

Our first Mother's Day

My mommy loves me more than anyone in the world (she tells me so every day)! I was excited to love on my mommy extra on Mother's Day! I started off the day right by waking up at 7:00. Mommy decided to cuddle me with no clothes on after she changed my diaper..... she loves my silky skin and chunky features.
I'm a little embarrassed over these pictures, but mommy told me to relax and enjoy- fat rolls are only adorable for so long.....
Can you count the rolls?
After mommy was served a delicious Starbucks, she dressed us up for brunch. I did my best at brunch....but you can't honestly expect me to sit quietly for over an hour!!!
Mommy didn't care how I behaved, because Daddy was taking care of me :)
Here's Daddy and Uncle Jake in the background taking us babies home while my mommy stayed at the Chattanoogan for a little pampering. Mommy said it was the best day ever, and I'm glad because she's my favorite.

Now that I'm four months old.......

Now that I'm four months old, I enjoy doing lots of  things.....
Like sleeping in my swing with my dolly and my lovie......

wearing cute dresses and hanging out.....
playing on my jumper....
and listening to my daddy playing fun songs for me!

Nursery

I went to the nursery at church for the first time on Sunday! The only reason my mommy put me in that germ infested environment is because Ms. Stephanie promised not to let any of the other kids touch me!! I was a big girl, and had lots of fun- but mommy doesn't know if I'll go back again unless Stephanie is there!

I also hit a major milestone Sunday night- I rolled my chubby little body from my back to my belly! Mommy cheered so loudly, and danced around with me as if I had just won the 100 meter breaststroke in the Olympics (she has big dreams for me). My daddy says uploading video is a pain, but mommy will try to charm him- it's just toooooo cute not to post.

Happy Easter!

I had a great first Easter! I woke up early Easter morning to see what the Easter Bunny had brought me. Colin found my basket for me, and boy did it have lots of cute stuff! My mommy was working the video camera, so I don't have a cute picture :(.
After church we went to Marmee and Poppy's house for lunch and to see what the Easter Bunny brought to their house. The Easter Bunny must love me a lot to make two special trips for me. Here I am playing on my play mat in my Easter dress.... don't my eyes look tired?
Daddy put me into some play clothes before he put me down for my nap. I had to wear my cute bunny ears before I went to sleep.
Jakob and Colin also really liked the bunny ears.
Here is my uncle Jake looking at his Easter basket...what a weirdo.
My favorite item from Marmee Bunny was "My first Dolly" I love her piggy tails!

Keeley's 3 month photo shoot

I had my second photo shoot with Miss. Brittany on Thursday. My mommy was soooo worried about me not being sleepy or hungry during the shoot. Well, I could sense her nerves, and that made me nervous. I couldn't sleep! When Brittany arrived at my house, I had been awake for an hour. That is my happiness limit. I agreed to take a few pictures naked, but once my mommy tried to stick me in a dress, I was over it. Brittany and mommy could tell that I was not going to comply with them, so they rescheduled the rest of my shoot for Saturday morning. It stressed my mommy out, and I didn't like that she was unhappy, so I decided to be on my best behavior Saturday. When Saturday rolled around I took a good long morning nap. When Brittany arrived I was ready to show her all my cuteness. I let her put me in uncomfortable baskets without a complaint, and even let her take pictures of my naked bottom :-). Brittany always does such a wonderful job of making my mommy and I happy! She put a few "sneak a peak" pictures on her blog for us to see. The rest of my pictures will be up in another week or two. If you would like to see my pictures follow my directions:
1. Go to www.Bgannphotography.com
2.Enter her Blog
3. There I am!!!

On a side note.....
Today my mommy and daddy took me to Sunday school for the first time. I was a really good girl. About half way through class my mommy heated up my bottle, and let daddy feed me. I was sucking down the last bit when I exploded...... EVERY WHERE!!!! On my daddy's pants (he looked like he had had his own accident), on my cute new dress, and on the chair daddy was sitting in. Mommy took me to the restroom (where there was no changing table... what were they thinking??), and put me into a new outfit. Unfortunately, daddy did not bring a change of clothes, so we had to leave church early.

BJ's Wedding

I got all dolled up Saturday to go to my cousin BJ's wedding. My mommy knew that all of the "old people" would love my fru-fru dress and bow.

I made a few peeps in the wedding, so my mommy asked my daddy to take me outside. The sun was a little startling....
Once the wedding was over, my Big Granny demanded for me to come back inside.
I was a precious girl for her.
I even looked at the camera for a picture with all my girls.
The only person missing in this picture is my Colin. I hope we can get a similar shot this weekend at my Big Granny's 90th birthday party.

The 3 B's- Baseball, Birthday, and Baptism

I enjoyed Colin's very first baseball tournament this past weekend. He is the only person on his team batting 1000. This is a picture of Colin and our ball collector Sparky practicing in the back yard. Mommy promises to get pictures at Colin's next game. She said she was preoccupied with keeping me happy at his last game.
We also enjoyed our Cousin Jakob's fourth birthday party on Saturday!
Colin was daring..... he missed the bar every time, but had fun landing in the pit.

My mommy and Daddy had fun taking turns holding me while the other person played on the gymnastics equipment.
My daddy loves to wrestle with Jakob......
and cuddle with his princess.
I was Christened on Sunday. MOST of my favorite people in the world were able to be there. I wore my mommy and Aunt Christina's Christening gown. My Aunt Doe made it for my Christina when she was a baby. Of course, my Marmee did have to make some minor alterations to fit my chubby neck and arms in it.
Mr. John wore me out! After I was sprinkled, and shown to the whole church I crashed in my mommy's arms!
Mr. John said I did such a good job.
What a fun and busy weekend! My mommy wants to "chill out" with me next weekend, whatever that means.....

St. Patrick's Day

My St. Patrick's Day..... well, it started off fine. My mommy, Marmee, and I took a nice shopping trip to the mall. My Marmee bought me two adorable outfits, and we even found Daddy a nice Duke t-shirt. Suddenly, in the Limited dressing room I could feel a rumble in my belly. I started to whimper a little, hopping to hurry my mommy along.... but she was to busy trying to find clothes to fit her "new shape." So I held it as long as I could......

and when I couldn't hold it any longer........
I exploded all over the place. The back of my "Kiss me I'm Irish" t-shirt was totally soaked! My mommy was all ready driving home, so I had to sit in it for a good 15 minutes. Now, I'm usually an angel, but I let her have it... I mean, I tried to warn her, didn't I?

Luckily, Colin was home ready to entertain me, and make me feel better. I know I'm new at this, but don't we dress up at Halloween?

Happy Bathtub time

I had attempted a "big girl bath" before, but did not enjoy it. My daddy made the water ice cold, because he was afraid that he would burn me. I cried and cried the whole time, and usually I love getting clean. My mommy thought that last night would be a great time to give it another chance, and I didn't mind one bit!
Mommy gently dipped me in the water a few times before the big plunge!
At first, I was a little confused.
The washcloth on my belly felt familiar, so I went with it.
Sparky was even interested to see my reaction.
I loved the water being poured on my belly. Except when mom accidentally splashed some in my mouth.
My favorite part of any bath time is when my mommy washes my hair.
I have to get my back washed thoroughly, because I poop out of my diaper on a daily basis.
My mommy is about to hand me over to daddy so I can be wrapped up in my towel and dressed. I think we will have another big girl bath tonight!

Joli is here!

Meet my new cousin Joli. She was born February 20th. She is not as big as I was, coming in at 7lbs. 12oz, but she does have chunky cheeks!

Here I am on my way to meet my little cousin. You can't tell from my face, but I was very excited.

My Uncle Jake has me, and my daddy has Joli in this picture. UncleAlign Center Jake always teases me about my weight, but I don't ever comment on his hair line :).

I am almost double Joli's size, but I think she will catch up soon!

Here's another picture of us together, me looking like a monster in comparison.

My Marmee has to learn how to double fist us.

Marmee and Poppie will have double the fun with their two new additions!

My mommy lined us up from oldest to youngest. I am the only one who cooperated with her plan. I know better than to misbehave for my source of food.

Here's a close up shot of me at Joli's house practicing being a big cousin.

My Big Granny

Meet my Big Granny! She will be 90 years old on April 1st. This is a picture of us when she came to visit me during my first week at home. Don't let her sweet face fool you, she is where my mommy and I get our ability to be feisty :).
I put on my polka dot shirt and jeans for the drive to Dayton! I wanted my Big Granny to see how much I've grown!
She picked me up as soon as I got there. I smiled and cooed at everyone, of course I was a hit.
I did manage to have an explosion in my diaper (it even got on mommy's sweater!!), so here I am in a comfy sleeper with my Great Aunt Alice.
Granny had to get her hands on me one more time before I left. I can't wait to visit again and cuddle her!

My first Valentine's Day

I had a great first Valentine's week! My mommy dressed me in lots of different Valentine inspired outfits to celebrate love!
This is what I wore to my debut at church.
Here I am with my mommy!
This is a picture of me with my mommy and daddy on Valentine's Day. My Marmee came over to watch me while mommy and daddy went to eat and to buy me more stuff!
Do you see my big smile??? That's because I'm wearing my favorite shirt- if you can't read it, it says "my heart belongs to my mommy."
Above and below are cute Valentine inspired sleepers. I choose comfort over fashion at this point, but I humor mommy.

I wore this outfit when I visited my mommy's class! I also went to the doctor and got my first round of shots (ouch!). I was such a big girl, and I was proud of my mommy for only tearing up a little bit. The good news about going to the doctor- I found out how much weight I've gained and how much I've grown. I'm 12 pounds 4 ounces, and 23 inches long!! Can you believe I'm only 7 weeks old? I am now wearing 3 month clothing, sadly my mommy has tucked away my newborn stuff.

Sunday, February 8, 2009

I had a fun weekend! My mommy went to my daddy's basketball game on Friday night (don't ask how it turned out), so I got to spend some QT with my snuggle partner AKA Marmee.

Although Friday nights game did not turn out like we had hoped, my daddy's team still received 1st place for the regular season! We are so proud of him! My mommy is extra excited that the season is over and my daddy will be coming home earlier every day!
My Saturday started out with a princess party for my fellow  princess Mia. I basically slept through the party, but that didn't stop Mia from loving on me lots!
Here I am lounging on my daddy after the party.
I will be able to buy cars on Auto Trader and download ringback tones onto my cell phone at a very early age.
I went on my first walk on Saturday!! It was a beautiful day, and so much fun!
Here I am with my mommy.

These are a couple of random pictures that have been taken of me in the last week....

My eyes are still very blue.... my daddy can't wait for them to turn brown so I look like a Mountjoy!
Can you find me in the sea of pink?

Aunt Kim and Alyssa are here!

I was so excited to finally meet my aunt Kim and Alyssa! They flew all the way from California to see me!
Alyssa knows how I like to be held.
I loved snuggling in aunt Kim's neck- sorry for all of your discomfort!

I did manage to take a break for some "me time."

You can't really tell how adorable I look here, but trust me- I was cute! I had on a denim jumper skirt with tights and leopard print boots . My mommy let me wear it to aunt Peggy's house long enough for everyone to see me, then she changed me into pjs!

1 month old

Here are some pictures of me on my 1 month birthday! I celebrated with my family during our weekly family night meal. My fat rolls are increasing daily!!

I was a few days old in my purple froggy outfit
Here I am at 1 month- Look how much I've grown!!!
Here I am getting sleepy while Colin is holding me.
He is so sweet to me.
My mommy thought this picture was funny because it looks like I'm trying to eat Jakob's face!
I love to stare at my silly cousin.

4 weeks old!

Today is my 4 week birthday! I have had fun exploring my house, and can not wait for my mommy to stop being such a germ freak, and to let me get out and see what's going on in the real world. I have started smiling when my mommy and daddy talk to me (they think this is the best), and when they kiss on my neck. I am also doing a really good job of holding up my head and looking around. I promised mommy that now that I am 4 weeks old I am really going to start working on my sleeping schedule. Here are a few pictures of me enjoying tummy time on my mat from my favorite auntie Christina.

Here I am practicing lifting up my head.

Sparky wanted to join in the fun, but mommy wouldn't let him chew my toys.

After almost 2 hours of play time I couldn't take it anymore.

Tuesday, January 20, 2009

I had an exciting and tiring day watching the inauguration! My mommy, Marmie, Beth, and Susan watched the historical event together, so when my daddy got home I was ready to chill out.

I started my nap on my daddy's shoulder.....

then my mommy thought in honor of our new President we would try something new for a change. I laid upstairs in my crib- it only lasted about 20 minutes, but it's a start.

Some of my mommy and daddy's favorite pics!

Happy bath tub time! My favorite part is when my mommy washes my hair!

In my little lamb swing with my favorite t-shirt on!
Hanging out with Daddy in my ducky pjs

A sideways view of my crib- which I have not been sleeping in! I have been enjoying sleeping in mommy and daddy's room in the pack-n-play :)!
A few pics of my nursery

This is me being weighed by Miss. Sherry at the lactation center at 2 weeks of age. At my 2 days after discharge doctors appointment I weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz., this time I came in at 9 lbs. 1 oz. Mommy won the bet between herself and daddy- she guessed 9 lbs. 1 oz. on the dot- daddy guessed 9 lbs. even! Mommy was excited to receive a free starbucks after our visit.

My big brother Colin and I

Here is my very first picture with my big brother Colin. I had only been home for one full day when this picture was taken. I hope that I got the same photogentic genes that he has!

One of my photographs from my shoot!

My mommy and daddy are not keeping up with my blog like I would like for them to. My mommy says if I will do a better job of sleeping at night, she will do a better job of keeping up! I had my very first photo shoot last Monday with Brittany- and I was a handful! I did not like being naked, or poked at during my nap. I made that clear with a nice little poopie on Brittany's blanket!

Check out my pictures at Bgannphotography.com- go to photography site, then to clients. My password is Jmountjoy. Enjoy!
